Refund & Return Policy

Skins are digital goods. This policy explains when a refund applies and how our buyer protection works.
Before delivery
If we are unable to source or deliver the exact item you purchased — for example, it becomes unavailable, or its price moves beyond our threshold before we buy it — we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
Digital goods & change of mind
Because skins are delivered instantly to your Steam inventory and cannot be "returned," completed and delivered orders are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Please review each item's wear, float, and price before buying.
Failed or wrong delivery
If an item is not delivered, or the wrong item is delivered and the issue is on our side, you are entitled to a re-delivery or a full refund. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Trade holds
A delivery delayed by Valve's trade-protection hold (up to 7 days) is not a failed delivery and is not eligible for a refund on that basis alone. You'll see a live countdown on your order.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take several business days for the funds to appear.
How to request a refund
Email support@skinmandu.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours.
